Public interest prevails over right to privacy

Radia tape leaks case is a perfect example where the Supreme court should upheld that right to privacy is relative to the larger interests of the public. If Mr. Ratan Tata has not said or done anything wrong, then I do not understand the need for going to the court of law. In fact, as a responsible citizen, he should have encouraged such attempts by the media houses (Outlook and Tehelka in this case). Whatever be the reasons for the leaks, I feel that it is for the good of this nation. Indian society is evolving and it would be more and more difficult for the abuse of power in the coming days. Tinu Joshi, Kalmadi, A. Raja, Neera Yadav, K. Balakrishnan, etc, etc, etc are examples to prove this statement that I am making.
